WCCAC Recipient of Two Girls’ Generosity

Two Girls’ Generosity

At the end of January, Tara brought her two daughters, Whitney, age 8, and Charleigh, age 7, to the Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center to bring in their very special donations.  The  girls sold $1 hot dogs and 25 cent hot chocolate drinks at their December 2014 Economics Fair.  Between their sales and the community support they garnered, they raised a whopping $127.80 for the WCCAC.  In addition, the girls donated 48 Valentine themed stuffed animals to be given as comfort items to children who receive services at the Center.

Whitney and Charleigh’s dad works for Texas Crimes Against Children, a division of the Texas Rangers.  The girls specifically chose the WCCAC to be the recipient of their generous community service project to honor their dad.

Thank you, girls!  We admire your hard work and enthusiasm and are happy to honor your dad as we receive this generous contribution!
